The university always emphasizes cooperation and communication and positively broadens its ways of thinking. The University has established full cooperation and communication relationships including student and teacher exchanges, co-research, international seminars with institutions of higher learning from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Thailand, and the United States of America, and institutions of higher learning from Hong Kong and Taiwan. It has achieved fruitful results which set a strong basis for the internationalized strategy of the University.
