Following the personnel education mode of “strong basis, wide caliber, application emphasis, high quality”, the University promotes education quality and stresses comprehensive developments in morality, intelligence, physical training and aesthetics. Annual activities such as “Technological Academic Activity Month”, “Tianlun Cup Debating Competition”, “Ten Great Singers on the Campus Competition” and other activities have attracted a large number of faculty members and students. The University also actively sponsors different kinds of large conferences and competitions.
